Very good location close to Honjowaseda shinkansen train station (5min walk). Some shops and restaurants also within walking distance (5-10min walk). Onsen bath directly at the hotel. Rooms clean, staff helpful and friendly.

Room is large with many facilities, AC, TV, small fridge, kettle, hair dryer. There is free cold/hot green tea, barley tea and water from machine. There is an ice machine and microwave oven .Inside shower and toilet is very roomy. Towel and bed sheet are changed everyday. Onsen public bath is great with many includes free apparatus. Breakfast is best, typical healthy Japanese food which i love most. Staff continue assisting as much as possible.

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, and was close to motorway so makes a great stop for road trips.

The onzen area was small but very nice, they don't allow people with tattoos tho

The room space is more extensive than in Tokyo, facilities are perfect for business traveling. Staff are friendly regardless most of them can't speak English, and they always try their best to provide service and support.
